We have a dedicated team providing excellent care to the residents at Willan House. Most of our residents have some form of dementia. We have a strong team and many have been here for a number of years. The longest serving member of staff has served for over 20 years here. We are a well-trained team with continuous training opportunities on offer.

  • NVQ’s of various levels
  • Fire Training
  • Food Safety Training
  • Safeguarding
  • Dementia Training
  • Administering Medication
  • COSHH
  • Infection Control
  • Any many others

Working with the elderly and those with dementia is a rewarding career. There are obviously ups and downs but also many laughs along the way. The staff work well together as a team and have been known to socialise outside of work. We pride ourselves in running a homely residential care home where everyone is welcome.
